Who Is This?

This showed up on my Twitter feed. But nothing anywhere else about it. I could not even find a profile on him on any of the recruiting sites. Is he a walk on, or is it even legitimate?

Likely a walk-on and could be a late-bloomer. Seems like he breaks on the ball well and might transition to Safety instead of CB

I was wondering about this as that interview popped up on my twitter feed, but no coach mentioned him and the only coach who follows him on twitter is Locklyn (no DB coach).
That said, if Oregon is getting him to walk on, that's a heck of a walk-on. He's a D1 talent.

If he can afford his own way w/o taking up a scholarship and he can get into the two deep. That would be awesome
