Looks long, lean, and slippery, similar to Dixon... put some meat on his bones, and he might find a whole new level.
At least in his highlights, Nico seems to put the ball where his receivers have the best chance at a reception.

The arm talent on this kid is ridiculous. He’s been my top want for this class since I found out about his existence.

Rumors flying around that he may be ready to commit to Tennessee due to a big NIL deal and a good visit this week. Nothing confirmed but there sure seems to be a lot of smoke.

Per rumors it’s $8,000,000. College football is getting destroyed quickly, not sure how this can be fixed.

Wiltfong changed his crystal ball to Tennessee. Who do we fall back to if this is the case? Rashada?

I think the pendulum will swing back. 5* HS QBs are far from a sure thing, and a few $8 million swings a misses will bring every back to reality real quick.

A major recession could also impact NIL deals and a lot of economist are projecting some stagflation here soon, so I imagine for one reason or another this can’t continue long term or the SEC will just buy championships every year

Even more smoke with a well-known sports lawyer with experience in NIL deals talking about it, albeit in a semi-hypothetical way.

Well, back to the disappointment of having a prized recruit I really wanted going elsewhere. Oregon has used, is using, and will use incentives so any criticism of Tennessee is hypocritical. This is being outbid, not cheated.

Someone does make a good point about their being an inevitable pendulum swing when the deals don’t yield results, highly compensated recruit is a bust and $8 mil is flushed down the drain. But it’s a risk-reward thing. How much was Marcus worth to the U of O? Or Johnny Football for A&M? RGIII? It’s more than $8 mil.

Agreed with all this. Unless you don't think the players should get any of the financial value they generate, there are going to be payments. Nobody's to blame if one school offers more – and I'd bet our little brothers up north would consider it pretty ironic if we're the ones complaining.

As for the pendulum swinging back, it's the same as any market: if the price gets too high, people will stop paying it. If Tennessee swings big and misses, their boosters will probably be less willing to shell out the next time around.

And also, I think Tennessee is living in a fantasy land if they think one player can make them competitive in the SEC. Unless they're throwing enough money around to build a whole roster, this seems like burning however many millions. But more power to the kid. Get that bag.
