Not really sure where I should have posted this, but I had to say something. Now this is the playoffs. The SECOND round of the playoffs. West Albany beat Ashland tonight, 75-0. This is no typo. 75-0! The score was 41-0 after the FIRST quarter, and 62-0 at half! Anthony LaCoste, in the first half, had 9 carries for 196yds and 5 TDs. All five TDs were in the first quarter. Seriously?

Also Sheldon only beat Aloha 26-13. Thought it would be way bigger score than that. And there are no stats up for what White did, yet.

Oh, and my Thurston Colts beat The Dalles Wahtonka (um...what?) 49-7. GO COLTS!

West Albany is always good, but thats a little bit overboard (as Petey would say about running up the score).

I refuse to say anything scored in the first half, or really in the first 3 quarters, is running up the score. Not to mention Ashland had 10 turnovers.

Word, Im a Grant alum and i have seen him play quite alot. This kid is a playmaker on the football field and the b-ball court, i believe hes being recruiting as a DB, it would be pretty sweet if Oregon gave him an offer. Grant plays Jesuit this weekend winner goes to the semi's, Im looking forward to the Keenan Lowe /Kenny Acker match up.

Go Grant
Go Ducks

Yeah he is. He dominated my Rams and that punt return was the exclamation point on that. Made us look really bad.

I'm a Grant alum as well Keenan, class of 99'. What year are you?
As for Grant I think that they have one heck of a coach in Lewis (Wish he would have been my coach) and as long as he stays there Grant is going to be one of the better programs in the state, because they always have lots of talent, they just need someone like Lewis to get it out of them, which he does.

Ashland's glory days are over. Back in the 90s with Nagel, Ashland was a 4A (back when there were only 4 classifications) powerhouse. They competed with the likes of Roseburg, the Medfords, and other top programs in the state. They won something like 3 championships, and were consistently in the late rounds of the playoffs. Declining enrollment and interest in other sports has Ashland football on the decline.. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted. Hopefully they can rebound!
