QUACK! 2023 TE Kenyon Sadiq commits

Oregon has gotten a commitment from 2023 4* TE Kenyon Sadiq. He's the top player in the state of Idaho and fills a big need at TE in the 2023 class. Many thought he was trending towards Iowa State for most of his recruitment but Oregon being his childhood favorite and having Junior Adams and Drew Mehringer stay on him really helped this time around.

Looks like he plays WR in HS.
From the highlights, it looks like their offense was mostly "chuck it up to Kenyon and hope he comes down with it".
My favorite part starts at 8:23 - blocking highlights.
He punts too! There are a few highlights of him kicking ~55 yard punts.

Seems like a big WR or undersized TE. An 11.04 100m is impressive. Definitely a good athlete.

He looks like he should be able to bulk up to around 240ish. If he’s a legit 6’3, he should be fine for college.

Vernon Davis at 6'3 and Delanie Walker at 6'2" are the first two guys to come to mind as far as short NFL TEs go who had success.
In a Kyle Shanahan offense he's a perfect size to be used all over to keep the pace going on offense and to limit how teams sub players in/out when trying to count whether to bring a DB on or leave a DL/LB on the field.

Idaho is one state that Oregon can’t brag in. BSU has owned us and I hate it.

Really scrapping the barrel on that one but I always enjoy when Willamina fans walk onto the basketball court to tell the ref off.
