Why Sonics are trading future firsts is beyond me. Those are both top 10 picks.

I doubt it. There are like 8-12 tanking teams every year, he'll be able to add cheaply over the next two years and make the playoffs

It's a decent start, but definitely not a title winning team. Now, if he had a trade lined up to trade 2 for a superstar and then got another star in FA this next year, it's a different story.

I wouldn't be trading picks in the Sonics shoes and if it was say 96 or 03 draft I'd be more upset on their behalf, but even the 10th pick in 2000 won't be of much value IMO.

Add cheaply with what? They won't have cap space to hit the FA market, they don't have any firsts outside of their first next year.

So their pick this year, plus chubby, plus person.

Warriors current roster is better than Reeves/Person/VC. They would need to add a couple good pieces, but have no way to do that.
