Gotta love coach-speak.
Ha, I caught that too. What in the world is he talking about?

Dude could have been a little more generous to his QB in that interview too. The kid just won the game for you and probably added millions to your salary. Maybe don't throw him under the bus in public.

yeah- that was some major hyperbole from Kirby.

Side note- reading a couple of Ga boards and they want DL back. ;0)

Nice to see Tulane making this a game. Caleb Williams is such a pompous A-hole, would love for USC to lose.

Everything fell apart for USC with that botched fair catch. What a finish!

Side note: it was good to hear Herbstreit call out Caleb Williams for his classless move against Utah. Even got him to slip up and catch himself curse lol. What made it even worse is Caleb was unrepentant and showed no remorse...

“You get to express yourself,” answered Williams. “I really only do it on game days. I’m going to see big events, which this is one of the largest events, so I knew that I was going to be wearing a lot of suits and everything like that, so I wanted to just go a little more classy, get some clear coat over it and rock that. It’s just a way to express yourself. There’s no hate. All love.

“It’s like when people write things on their wristbands or their tape or anything like that, their shirt under the jersey. There’s nothing too deep to it. Respect all the guys we’re playing against and going out there against. It’s just something I’ve done since high school, so.”

Very happy for Tulane and satisfying to watch USC lose

Same, I was rooting for every Pac-12 team, even Washington, except UCLA and USC. What they did, especially USC, was unethical and wrong and I hope their programs suffer for it. I’m hoping some NFL team picks up Lincoln Riley and UCLA prematurely fires Chip and both teams consistently have 3 or 4 win seasons.

Let's not just gloss over the fact you said you were rooting for UW :o

I know, I’m very confused, I’ve never done that before. I guess USC and UCLA made me more of a PAC loyalist than ever before.
