to finish in the top half of the conference. After those last 2 games, I have to wonder if they have gotten worse since last season?? It sure looks like it.
Wow! I am still in disbelief over how badly we played against Montana.

Northwest Christian would put a hurt on these guys... And that's NAIA.

Best case scenario, I think the ducks go 8-4 before pac-10 play. Given the schedule, that really wouldn't be very good. That would also probably mean that Oregon would have to go at least 11-7 in pac-10 play to get a tournament bid. Right now, it's not looking likely.

Missouri and St. Mary's are automatic losses the way we are playing. The rest of our games SHOULD be wins, but then again, we were supposed to crush Montana.

erin kent is just to up and down with the seasons he has here. we are OREGON we should expect more from our basketball team. and with a new arena coming and if this season finishes out the way it is looking we aren't going to be able to sell it out with two losing seasons in a row. if we are in the bottom half of the pac ten i say no question that it is kents last year. and i like the guy i think he has done a lot for the program and for his playing days but it is what have you done for me now and well it looks like nothing.

The good news is that this conference REALLY REALLY sucks. Potentially the worst I've ever seen it since I've been alive.
The bad news is that we don't look much better from last year.

I'm pretty sure that they get smoked by Oregon Tech, Northwest Christian, Warner Pacific, and maybe even Eastern and Southern Oregon. Pretty impressive when your NCAA D1 school with some of the best facilities (upcoming) and fan support are being compared to the NAIA D2 schools in the same state.

Compared by who?...Message Board poster's who don't know what they're talking about if they are actually making those comparisons...There is no comparison...You add TP back in and this team is a lot better...Not to mention Catron...Although I'm not a huge fan of Catron but those are the only 2 seniors on this team and this was the first road test of the season, Senior leadership helps in those situations...Especially when the home team starts to go on a run and the crowd starts to get into it.
