Does anybody know the tiebreaker situation with ASU for the No 4 seed in the conference tourney?

From my understanding, it all boils down to the UCLA - ASU game. If ASU wins, they lock up the 4 seed, if they lose and the Ducks win both of their games, the Ducks own the tiebreaker.
