Lottery algorithm took over for playoffs. And I’m kinda happy.

Well hold on. We had our starting PG miss over half the season and we were 7 games ahead of the 8 seed. I wouldnt say we lucked into the playoffs.jibbajabba614 wrote:If you include 3 east teams luckily making to playoffs against 2 west teams luckily getting in. Yes west had 6 50 wins teams. Definitely more difficult. Compared to 4 east 50 win teams.
And you end up with a 5 and 8th seed east and west/ 3-7th seed vs 2-6th seed west and east
More balanced than ever

I think the big takeaway from all this discussion is that the east stinks w/o the nets.

If I did not disband the Pacers, my team will be number 1 in the east.

lol blazers are 34-4 in last 38 games. can we just sim the rest today, have blazers win their asterisked championship, and get on with the lottery?

The last non-asterisked champion was the Heat in 1996.

I agree the blazers are quite nefarious (they should be disqualified for the next round of playoffs)

Think you’d lose my man. KG vs Zo + Shaq, and AI vs Kenny.zekebjorn wrote:My team can match the Blazers. I mean the core of KG and AI.
