These IG's were mostly hand-picked during Obama admin. There is no such thing as nonpartisan. The new administration has been given the mandate to replace them. Most of the IG's serve to protect the institution as opposed to reveal the true underlying corruption. For example, IG Horowitz excluded a bunch of damning details about the DOJ and FBI in his 2019 report about Russiagate. No thanks. Americans aren't interested in funding the CIA's covert foreign operations through NGO's. This only serves to create more enemies when we inevitably try to overthrow those foreign governments (see Middle East, Russia, Columbia, etc...).
