It'll take him at least 1-2 years to make them a power again, but the cupboard isn't as bare at UW as it was at Arizona.

Personally, I think it's a great hire for them.

There was talk today on Bay Area sports radio that Justin Wilcox is a candidate for the Az job. Person who was speaking (local sports guy) said his Cal contacts have told him Justin wants out at Cal.

Fact or fiction, who knows for sure.

Also talk that Fisch could keep DeBoer's co-DC's and DL coach at UW to complete his staff.
