He's earned a lot of goodwill but he's also seemingly struggled to maintain the roster or win in the portal.

There is a vast difference in resources between UP and the UO. The UO should never loose by that margin. It does not seem that our recruiting is keeping up to the standard. Recruiting is just plain work. I wonder if coach Graves is still putting in the hard work? Also, I never heard why some of our top players transferred out?

Something is seriously wrong with the culture around this team and coaches. How else do you explain the mass exodus of the last few years?

Today's game vs #13 Baylor might be a bloodshed

If Graves doesn't turn things around, Grace VanSlooten and Chance Gray might hit the portal before winter term. They don't seem to be players who want to be in a rebuilding program.
The rest of the squad looks lost and worse than any of the players that have left.
