With Harbaugh going to the Chargers, many now think that 5* 2024 WR Gatlin Bair will be a Duck come February 7th.

I think that's what he was waiting for also.

Is it more appropriate to think of him as 2026 WR Bair?

Anecdotally, I'd say that if your head coach hasn't changed, 70%. If your head coach has moved on, 20%.

If I recall correctly Ngata was let out of his mission by the Church, is that correct? Not saying it will happen with Bair, LDS take the service of a Mission very seriously.

He struggled a bit in the recent all star game. I didn't watch the whole game, but caught a play where he dropped a perfect pass.

The announcers said that he'd been struggling a bit that week due to the step up in competition.

I'm not saying he'd be a good or bad pickup because I really don't know. I'm just saying what I saw and heard, that's all.

Depends on what you're reading. I read several writeups during the All-American Bowl week practices that said he was pretty dominant.
And the most recent composite rankings show him up.

Yep, if they stop sending kids out to knock on people's doors, the Jehovah Witnesses win.

In his highlights he looks 6'7" instead of 6'1" because they appear play against the Lollipop Guild Academy each week.

Anyway he is sturdy framed with length and jaw dropping track times. If and when he shows up on campus the ceiling is incredibly high. Hope they can win the 2024 and 2026 signing battles to get him on board.

I've never watched games in the Dakotas or Wyoming, but Idaho and Alaska have the lowest quality high school football I've ever seen. Their best teams are on the level of Scappoose. Linemen over 180 pounds are the exception.

Idaho currently has 6 players in the NFL, while Oregon has 9. Not much difference. Michigan’s stud TE is from Idaho too and will certainly play on Sundays.
