Sounds like no one knows for sure where he's going. The narrative I've read from a couple different sites is Utah has been the local favorite for the longest, but USC/Oregon are right there in it.

Hopefully Oregon can pull him in last minute.

From what I saw online looks like USC is the favorite? With how B1G play has gone for USC I wouldn’t be surprised if they start throwing NIL money towards any quality lineman they can find.
