Why are you wanting to stream Husky games?

All jokes aside, it’s expensive but I hear YouTube TV is amazing, has all the channels you need and a feature where you can watch 4 games at once if that’s your thing.

Those who are following this bit more closely, what are your thoughts on the Venu Sports Streaming Service for college football? They just announce $43/month.

Sling
$40 for ESPN/2 OR FS1
$55 for ESPN/2 AND FS1
$70 for ESPN/2 AND FS1 + Big Ten Network, FS2, ESPNU, etc.

Youtube TV
$73 for ESPN/2/U, FS1/2, Big Ten Network, and all local channels (ABC/CBS/FOX/NBC)
$65 a month if you sign up now (for first four months, aka the football season)

Fubo
$80 for ESPN/2/U, FS1/2, Big Ten Network, and all local channels (ABC/CBS/FOX/NBC)

Youtube TV and Fubo essentially give you the same lineup, but Youtube TV for football season is $15 less a month. If budgeting is important to you, then best option may be: Buy antenna for local channels + Sling Blue ($40) + the sports Xtra ($11) which includes Big Ten Network and FS2. So for $51 you get access to most games. No ESPN channels though.

I imagine at least half of Oregon's games will be on local channels. Then the rest scattered between FS1, Big Ten Net, and Peacock. So you may wanna consider getting Peacock too for the one or two Ducks games that will be on it.

Definitely a valid option. But we'll see when it's actually ready. For now, I'll probably go with Youtube TV route, and can always switch over once Venu is ready.

Venu Sports will apparently launch near the end of August. One day I saw was 8/23.

All this is pending the judge's decision on Fubo vs Venu peeps.

For getting half the games, it really is good value. But if you enjoy NFL, want more college football, and want all the Ducks games, ~$50 a month for a few months ain't a bad price to pay.

2 questions. What is available if you use an antenna and DVR? Can you use the Dave with multiple TVs?

I’ve tried YouTube, which is solid
Fubo- not as good but ok, cost about $30 more
Sling. Sucked. Hated the setup

I’m thinking about HulutV. Since it’s $75 a month, but you get the bundle of Disney+, ESPN and Hulu included. Which I pay $20 a month for now Has anyone tried the Hulu TV at all?

I assume that it is typical. There are three windows (subtract 3 hours for west coast time).

Clemson vs. Georgia (Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta) | 12 p.m. | ABC
Penn State at West Virginia | 12 p.m. | FOX

Miami (Fla.) at Florida | 3:30 p.m. | ABC
UTEP at Nebraska | 3:30 p.m. | FOX
Akron at Ohio State | 3:30 p.m. | CBS

Notre Dame at Texas A&M | 7:30 p.m. | ABC
Fresno State at Michigan | 7:30 p.m. | NBC
UCLA at Hawai'i | 7:30 p.m. | CBS

Oregon is not on that list because they are playing a patsy that day. Oregon a big brand. I live in SEC territory but over the years I got most Oregon games OTA, and just about all of the big ones.

For NFL you will get CBS and Fox at the 1pm and 4:25 windows, and NBC for Sunday night. You won't get Monday Night football. I got Thursday night games because I have Amazon Prime.

There are a number of brands of DVRs, and the one I use has been discontinued. I can't see why you could not split the signal and/or record more than one game simultaneously.

I expect we'll hear more about Venu moving forward.

And what lesson did we learn? If you're in the wrong, but don't want to admit it, just buyout the people trying to sue you.
