At what point in the game does Oregon run the "Statue of Liberty" redoux?

Were those not the two most exciting plays, maybe ever for the UO offense? Dixon was ridiculous in hiding and executing those. Meeech had zero clue where the ball was. A shame Dixon got injured, would have easily been UO’s first Heisman winner.woundedknees wrote: ↑Sun Oct 27, 2024 4:43 pm At what point in the game does Oregon run the "Statue of Liberty" redoux?

Despite their issues, if Michigan plays focused, they have the most talent left of any team on our regular season schedule and are dangerous if we don't play well.

At this point I think that the only team that can beat our team is our team. Seriously.

I would agree with this, they have the ability to pressure Gabriel and stuff the running game, plus it’s in the Big House. If the Oregon offense isn’t focused and if the defense gives up a few explosion plays due to miscues it could be way too close for comfort. After seeing Wisconsin against Penn St this to me is the most likely loss on Oregon’s schedule.

Most likely? Ducks win going away.OregonFan4Life wrote: ↑Mon Oct 28, 2024 7:00 amI would agree with this, they have the ability to pressure Gabriel and stuff the running game, plus it’s in the Big House. Michigan has an elite defense. Is Will Johnson going to play for Michigan?

Michigan has a good defense with a few elite pieces. Overall, their defensive efficiency is ranked about ten spots lower than the Ducks. That said, you have guys like Graham and Johnson who can change the game on their own. I've already said I could see Graham abuse Poncho for the entirety of a game, so I'm just hoping that doesn't happen.UOducksTK1 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 28, 2024 9:47 am Michigan has an elite defense. A fast start would be nice as I am sure UM would like to sit on the ball and shorten the game. Try to make it an ugly low score game that can be decided by a couple of explosion plays or turnovers. This is one of the 2 games left that Michigan can save their pride with a massive upset so I expect we'll see them fired up more then they have been for any other game this year.

Start fast. Don't turn the ball over. Force Michigan to become one-dimensional on offense.

Michigan is projected to have 5 first round draft picks in the next draft, according to a mock draft I saw this morning. Pretty wild, particularly when the Ducks don't have any.
3 of these first round draft picks are on the defensive line.
I'm hoping Will Johnson doesn't play against the Ducks. Sherrone Moore didn't reveal whether Johnson would be available this week or not, simply saying he would be back at some point this season.

Will has no plan of just shutting it down or anything like that,” Moore said. “If he could go out there, he’d go out there in a heartbeat. I know that he’ll be back out there at some point this season, whether it’s this week, next week, whatever it is.
Pretty evasive answer
