Yeah. These standings in new leagues don't help the old narrative of the Pac sucking.

Re: Old Pac12 Power Rankings
Cal, Arizona and Utah are not as good as I thought. Cal has had some really tough breaks, but I think they will be in a bowl game. Difference between first and second in the new Pac is funny. WSU is a good team. They're always scarry, especially at home. Colorado is much improved. UCLA is a surprise lately. I thought ASU would be pitiful after last years efforts, but Dilly has them going in the right direction. USC and UDUMB are about where they should be, and Stanford is a mess.

You gotta show some grace to Utah and Arizona (and yuck even Washington). Arizona and Washington are going through big coaches changes. Give them a couple years.
Utah has no QB. If Rising was playing, they would be at the top of their conference.

OSU also. If the pac12 were actually stable, Smith probably would've stayed and they wouldn't have been decimated by transfers.UOducksTK1 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 11, 2024 12:15 pm You gotta show some grace to Utah and Arizona (and yuck even Washington). Oh for sure, but now that OSU is conference-less, they will forever be inferior.

Re: Old Pac12 Power Rankings
Actually that says that the Big 12 blows that Colorado and ASU are #2 and 3 behind BYU. I realize Iowa State and Kansas State are still right there, but if you put the old league back together, the poodles, bruins and bears are probably a little higher up overall.
Oregon and the 11 dwarfs though.
