Washington @ #1 Oregon (November 30, Sat 4:30 PM NBC)

Post by greenyellow »

Kickoff won't be determined until after this Saturday. It will likely be on either CBS or NBC but there's a possibility it gets a 4 PM kick on either Fox or FS1.

Not gonna lie, as a fan it’s lame we have a bye week so late in the year.

But for the health of our team and after the Wisconsin game. I’m very grateful for it lol.

As a fan who gets way too anxious over duck football, I am very grateful for the bye this week. My anxiety needs the bye too!

Our season's just about to start! ;)

Beat UW. Win the B1G. Get a bye. Win it all.

I feel like getting a few bye weeks would really help this team. Unlike some others, a lot of injuries to Oregon’s key players don’t appear to be season ending, getting a few bye weeks might really work in our favor. Should also help with the mental grind that shows up late in a long season. It feels like the team hasn’t been as sharp the last few weeks. Hope it’s a measure of battle fatigue that clears itself up after some r&r.

The bye is very timely IMO. It was brutal to play 8 straight conf games so the time to rest up and heal for the stretch is very critical.

I would love it! After the Wisconsin game, it also reminded me how we could make the playoffs and be kicked out after first game.

The negaduck in me was awakened last Saturday.

Being a Duckhomer has brought us any titles either.

Reason 25 for being thankful for the bye week:

We have to prepare for 2 quarterbacks with different skill sets and have limited film on the new highly mobile dual threat one. I just hope we are finally done with the old UO tradition of being the breakout lunching pad for young QBs.
