Surprise team of the year so far?

Post by nogerO »

Well, Indiana was kind of a surprise, but they haven't played anyone the until Ohio State game. Boise State is a bit of a surprise, but they always turn out to be a thorn in anyone's side. ask Oklahoma. For me, it has to be Arizona State. Anyone who watched our game in Tempe with this team last year (a 49-13 drubbing) probably wouldn't believe a 3-9 team is now 9-2. Dilly has done an amazing job with Sun Devils. Having Skattebo helps. Kind of like a Tebow.

This may be the biggest surprise, more like "shock", of them all.

I don't understand how they could possibly fall so far, so fast.

Yes to a lot of people they're a surprise. I've been following the Mustangs closely for 3 years, and everything was in place for Dallas' only native team (TCU is in Ft. Worth) to make a resurgence in the football world. NIL was the answer to the Dallas super rich donators were waiting for!) And don't dismiss them, they could make the playoffs and do some serious damage.
