People always say college basketball is becoming less popular due to 1 and dones, but to me the biggest contributor to the downfall of college basketball is terrible officials who they think have to call every single ticky tack foul.
Ducks are looking good today but the one area I see for improvement the most is off-ball defense from our guards. They seem to get quite lost watching the ball fairly often allowing an open look or they just miss out on the opportunity for a turnover.
The Ducks aren't playing perfect, but I can appreciate that they haven't gotten discombobulated as SDSU has tried to make runs. They keep punching back and protecting the lead.

Am I off base in seeing that they're not switching as much as Altman teams usually do? Maybe I'm confused, but I'm used to Dana's teams switching almost everything and that hasn't been the case so far this season.
I’m watching the game on mute and they keep showing the poor differential from game 1, does Oregon need to win this game by at least 9 to win this group or something?

I’m wondering if that’s just cause they feel like Bamba and Tracey are more equipped to guard size and they don’t want to risk a major size disadvantage for Shelstad if that makes sense.
Not sure why Altman is mad at Bamba, that shot clock turnover is 100% on Shelstad for waiting too long, Bamba was probably going to get his shot blocked anyways so he was put in a bad situation by Shelstad. I remember this is something Pritchard really struggled with his sophomore year, hopefully Shelstad grows out of this bad habit fast.
Another great game from Oregon, especially from Bamba, Barthelemy, and Angel. They're really showing something against these teams down in Vegas even while not playing very clean games. This team still feels like it has a long ways to go before hitting its potential ceiling.
That’s 3 solid wins in a row! None at home either! That’s rare this early in the season for the ducks… amazing what Altman can do with a healthy squad.
Alabama I’m the championship is gonna be a brutal matchup. But another early season test!

SDSU up 21-20 at the under 8 timeout. Dana needs to get somebody good defending against Nick Boyd who has 10 of SDSU's 21 points.
Whatever strategy Dana came up with worked as Nick Boyd only scored 2 points in the second half.
Rebounding was stellar for our Ducks as they controlled the glass 41-24 which included 16 offensive rebounds.
