Starting to sound like it. I remember him from earlier in the cycle.

Haven't checked his film out yet but I'm not worried about his height if he attacks like you want to see from a LB.

Give me an aggressive 5'11" chunky ILB everyday over the passive 6'4" specimen when it comes to Linebackers.

Looks like a really solid get. This seems to come out of almost nowhere, from the other corner of the country ala Charles Nelson and Fat Mac. I hope he turns out as successful.

I wouldn't say out of nowhere since he visited multiple times. The biggest issue they had was on his last visit, their flight back home got delayed multiple times and that kind of soured the family initially on him going to Oregon.

Yeah I was gonna say, we were a finalist, but figured being closer to home won out. Looks like he got smart about Mario.

Ah good to know. I have followed recruitment far, far less this year than any of the last 10+, so was less familiar with his name and see a handful of other linebackers mentioned more often. Thank you.
