Oregon is a 5 seed in the South region in ESPN's latest Bracketology, they'd face 12 Drake, then a possible match-up with 4 Arizona.

I hope that matchup never comes to fruition. Drake (25-3) is too good for a 12 seed.

Just what I thought. I don't really know how often it is that a 12 beats the 5, but this would be an opportunity. At 5 now, going undefeated the rest of the season, 23-8, 8 game winning streak, win at least 1 game in the B1G Tournament, maybe a 4. or a 5 in a different region.

Ducks survived SC getting off to a hot start and Agee playing the game of his life for a 5 point halftime lead. Momentum definitely seems on the Ducks side, and hopefully they sustain it and win comfortably. They’ve outscored SC by 16 points since the first 3:45 of the game.

Other than giving up 13 offensive rebounds, Oregon is playing such a great game!

Oregon wins 82-61, that was the best game in a long time. Good to see such a solid effort from most of the team

Besides the first few minutes, Oregon absolutely controlled that game on both ends. Bittle was a force down low as USC kept trying to drive it at him all day, with rather poor results. Barthelemy really came alive in the 2nd half. Kwame Evans had himself another solid game and it's easy to see why he's taking Brandon Angel's minutes. Feels like Oregon's 5-game losing streak was a long time ago now.

Another great game for Bittle, he has a strong case for B1G POY. If it truly went to the most valuable player, I don't think there is another player who is more important, valuable to his team, than Bittle is to Oregon. Bamba has improved during the winning streak, Shelstad has also picked up his game, as well as Evans and Barthelemy. I can't remember another season long starter who was less impactful than Angel.

In Angel’s defense, he should not be starting, Evans should be. That’s not saying Evans is better but Angel would be much better utilized with the second unit. Angel’s strength is his offensive skillset, he’s not a scrappy player, he doesn’t rebound or play defense well. And with the starters he’s the 4th option behind Bittle, Shelstad, and Barthelemy, so he doesn’t have the same opportunity for this offensive game to shine. If he’s on the second unit with Cook, Tracey, and Moss, then he’s the 2nd option on offense behind Barthelemy/Shelstad since those two rotate as the PG with the second unit and his offensive skillset would be utilized much more. I really don’t understand why Angel is still in the starting lineup.
