It's happening more now as Real Madrid and Barcelona are talking about shutting down their youth programs due to players coming over to the US.

I've said this a couple times, but Oregon clearly has minimal cash to play around with right now. We've landed better transfers in almost any other year with DA. To keep the core guys, I'm sure it cost us the majority of our budget.
