I read 2 articles on MSN this morning where Texas Tech fans are posting that they're trying to get QB Dylan Raiola to transfer there in light of the gambling issues with their QB, Brendan Sorsby.

They don't think Sorsby will be available the first few weeks of the season due to a likely suspension and want Raiola to step in and be their starter.

Again, I just read about this and have no idea how much, if any, truth there is to it. That said, Raiola has transferred 5 times already.

Transfer window is closed. If he transferred, he wouldn’t play until next year?

They might want him to step in, but he can't. What few rules remain won't allow him to transfer until bowl season

This rumor was started on Twitter by a satire account, @ShaneTuttleNCAA.

The head coach has to miss 50% of the games, with no involvement. And they have to give up like 1/3 of any revenue they make for the year. They are stuck with whatever they have.

That Tuttle guy is a clown. He is always posting stuff that gets fans all riled up then they figure out its parody but the dude really needs to find another way to amuse himself.

This may be where the smoke is coming from. Totally subjective with no evidence. Even brought up Mahomes as a reason he would want to go to TT. What a joke.

Nobody on the Locked On podcasts is worth listening to, and that does include Spencer McLaughlin.
