Oregon showing they do actually have some money! haha!
In a very indirect way, Oregon now has 6 top 125 recruits on their roster. And 3 top 50 guys.
Similar type of builds to Oregon's past successful teams.

My new playing time depth chart:
PG: Fred Payne, Jasper Johnson, Jerry Easter
SG: Tyrone Riley, Jasper Johnson, Jerry Easter, Seven Spurlock
SF: Andrew Meadow, Trevor Ariza, Seven Spurlock
PF: Dwayne Aristode, Sean Stewart, Pharaoh Compton
C: Taylor Bol Bowen, Pharaoh Compton, Sean Stewart
Lots of height on this team at SG and up. I do wish we had one more true center backup, even if he's cheap and just there to fill minutes. But otherwise shaping up to be a solid offseason.

Altman is basically betting heavy on a few vets with a bunch of young, high-upside transfers from P5 schools. Not the worst way to rebuild. Still think they need to add a backup PG.

Yeah a ball handling PG + another backup true Center.
At least all these young/ high upside guys have gotten a year or two of college now under their belts. Better than just a guy straight from high school. If you can't afford the big guys, this seems like the next best thing.

Small sample size, but according to Arizona fans this kid can light it up from three. Haven’t been excited about the last couple announced transfers, but this one has some serious potential.

It's easy to see why he was rated so highly out of HS. He's the type of SF that Arizona has nearly every year. His shooting ability and willingness to play tough defense is something Oregon hasn't had in a bigger wing in several years.
This YT channel, Sleepers Media, had one of the hosts even say a school like Oregon might be a good fit for him a couple weeks ago.
