TE Brandon Williams has signed his letter of intent and will be in Eugene Jan. 3rd to start school. He intends on rooming with Ryan Clanton who is also expected to sign his letter of intent, but it hasn't been verified yet.

Good to hear! I really think he has the athletic ability to help us. Big body and has pretty good speed. Lets hope he can block on the perimeter like Dickson can.

How cool is it that our National Recruiting is so apparent in this year's class?! Already we have 3 signed commits, one from Cali, another from Arizona, and the last from Illinois...

Here are the other states we are recruiting and the number of recruits committed:

Texas: 1
Florida: 1
North Carolina: 2
Arizona: 2 (Remington)
California: 8 (Clanton)
Oregon: 1
Illinois: 1 (Williams)

Had E.Grant not de-committed, we would have two Florida players. If Gabe King Commits, that will give us 3/4 on the NC boyz. If Dior Mathis Commits, that will give us more of a mid-west presence out of Michigan. If Ricky Heimuli Commits, that will give us a Utah geography. If Werner Commits, that will give us more East Coast street cred out of Connecticut.

Possibly Oregon will bring in recruits from 8-9 different states, across the entire country. Have we done that before?

Hey, if you want to really push it, you could say that Werner comes from Germany. Now, if he commits, that's another few thousand miles away! Close to my neck in the woods! :D
