So with all this talk of new coaches and everything (even though Pflu and Gray aren't going to be let go until CK takes over)
Is it basically guaranteed that MB is stepping down in March?

I don't think so. The coach contracts were set to expire soon, so that situation had to be dealt with whatever the HC outcome is going to be. It was a perfect time to just make the changes and begin the transition. It will be a tough decision for MB. There are other issues to deal with first as I believe Kilkenny may have some unfinished business before MB takes over. There's been rumors about a change at BB coach as well as finalizing all building projects, etc. That may be more of an issue. I say MB coaches for one more year, then moves over. But you never know!!! Anything can happen.gregspechtismyhero wrote:So with all this talk of new coaches and everything (even though Pflu and Gray aren't going to be let go until CK takes over)

Do you bring in brand new coaches and switch your HC at same time OR do you bring in the new coaches, Chip basically shows them what he needs and focuses on getting the foundation set before he moves to HC? Not sure.

I think we will find out for sure by March. From everything that has happened, I have been lead to believe that Kelly is taking over ASAP.
