Arizona State plays very good defense, so it's going to take a team effort from the ducks to win this game.

Until Thursday evening after the Ducks lose. ASU is a good team, much better than the Beavers.UOducksTK1 wrote:Well we are still tied for first in the Pac-10.

You did watch those two teams against the Arizona schools, didn't you? Neither one of theose teams is are even close to decent. UW gets pounded by UA by 17 and is 1-3 in conference and have only beaten the Beavers. WSU lost to ASU by so many points, I don't even want to do the math. UW plays NO defense at all and WSU only has one player that is a consistent scorer (Klay). That is why the put up a whopping 40 something against ASU.pudgejeff wrote: So are Washington and Washington State...Good sound logic though

Arizona and ASU were at home though. I don't see any reason for us not to compete against ASU.northbeachsf wrote:You did watch those two teams against the Arizona schools, didn't you? If we played like we did against Wazzu or Washington, we should win. Simple.

Oregon State was at home as well, but I do agree that if we play that way we did against the Washington schools we should win most if not all of the games the rest of the year, unfortunately that won't happen. I am not sure if Kent has been here to long and it is just time to get some fresh blood, but in addition to not putting the best guys on the floor at any give time and not being the best X's and O's guy, it seems like he is also unable to motivate the guys and get them up for the games.

Pathetic. Then again, I'm not surprised. Kent always seems to lose his team at some point during the season.
