He's a terrific player. Don't know why we didn't recruit him. Apparently they didn't thnk he was shifty enough. We got his Oguard Benyart who's a huge gain - He's the pancake king.

Stanford will definitely be a force in the pac-10 as long as Harbaugh is there.

Stanford has an amazing class. Top 10 easily.

We need a weekend like this (I know many of the guys that visited were already committed, but it would still be neat): http://stanford.scout.com/a.z?s=18&p=9& ... 06&yr=2009

Harbaugh still has to put a good product on the field. His offense is really lackluster but maybe that is because of the quarterback talent. We'll see.

Per my nephew who is a good friend of Tyler's at Cathedral, this choice was more about the academics than the football.

Impressive class... Why so many tight ends though... Shayne Skov looks like a gamer... 6'3'' 223 running a 4.6 forty. Wow!

All we needed to do was offer a football scholarship and allow him to play baseball. Cali State Player of the Year with several games over 300 yards. I watched him play, just awesome. He is going to kill us if we don't get strong DT and DEs.

it is an impressive class, but why is Phillip still listed as a commit, isn't he now committed to that other school

28 commits, 27 if you remove Philipp. You can only take 25, wonder which ones won't qualify?

Boy, he will play the Toby Gerhart role very nicely. They have a couple other good backs coming in and they have a very good running back there already in Delano Howell.

They have steadily improved since he has been there and he hasn't had HIS guys on the field yet. Andew Luck will most likely with the starting role next year and they should see a lot more production from their offense. I have Stanford going 7-5 next year.

With the way Jim Harbaugh has been recruiting and compound that with the excitment of that team in the local area they should be a real force in a few years. I honestly think they will pass up Cal soon.

I could see the Furd being a top 20 team year in and year out in a few years if Harbaugh stays.
