Don't think that's what's going on. Lowe is being recruited as a WR, but he does have the talent to play both ways. Also, if Huff wants to be a duck, the coaches will take him. I mentioned jhop said on DT that ducks will overbook if needed. Too much talent to pass up on.

so did we get him because we missed out on huff or jefferson?

I prefer him to Huff anyway. Gotta get that local talent, and Lowe could play a number of positions.
