more importantly WTH is uo with the way those guys are standing? They look like wierdos
They all have cheesy grins with there hands on there hips and in the group photo they are standing so close it looks like they are all joined at the hip!

Maybe that's Os-ewe's version of a "Game Face." Or Mike Riley took the picture, and while he was taking it said: "Okay, fellas...now smile for the Camera. Thanks, guys! That was a really neat deal!"
