Word has come out today that there are going to be some "pretty big changes" coming this year in Madden 2010. They want to make the game "as close to realistic" as they can. The first details are coming out online at halftime during the Superbowl. They've added a few more people to the creation team, thus trying to make it very detailed.

The reason I posted this as "NCAA Football 2010" was because if you guys and gals are like me, you are hoping that this means some changes will be happening for the college game. However, it always seems like NCAA is a year behind Madden on the good stuff. Anyway, I've also read that the first details on NCAA will be coming out a week or two after NLOI day.

ncaa is always the better game in my opinion. this year's madden was god-awful.

I haven't gotten a Madden for awhile. NCAA is always better in terms of gameplay, IMO.

Madden was awful, except wii madden. that game was incredible. I can't wait for NCAA 10 for wii!!!

When are they going to create alternate uniforms with the different colored helmets for our team? in NCAA '09, the 'All White' alternate uni, still has the green helmets.

probably because I love the Ducks I feel this way but I wish they would go back to 05 when you could pick your top and bottom on your own. Also they finally need to all the xbox features to 360 and PS3 like the spring game and training drills, etc. I love NCAA so much more then Madden and I really wish they would step it up this year

I agree, the '05 NCAA module allowed you to swap the tops and bottoms.

I want the '10 NCAA modeule to allow you to swap the tops, bottoms, and helmets. WOULD BE SWEET!!!!

As for Madden, it really needs big changes. There are things in the presentation and the overall flow of the game that NFL 2k5 still do WAY better then Madden and 2k5 is going on 4 years old now...

I fully agree that NCAA is way better than Madden...I hate that over the last few years especially this years game they're starting to feel more and more the same and it sucks cause it's NCAA starting to become more like Madden and not the other way around...It's really frustrating

Atleast we'll now have a decent QB this time around ( unless EA Sports does us wrong yet again ), and should have some decent RB's in the 2010 game ( NCAA 2010 football ) Hopefully they will give Masoli atleast an 89-90 speed rating!!!

I have bought NCAA football every year since it came out for ps2 in 2002, with chris winke on the cover, my favorite year was when joey was on the cover, and i was very surprised when D.D. wasn't 1 of the five cover athletes last year.

But just think how good the ducks are going to be in that game next year, Masoli, and Blount will be unstoppable!

That one year Zabransky was on the cover and he didn't get drafted. He moved from team to team before getting picked up by the Steelers. Two months after that he was replaced by Dixon.
Dixon should have replaced Sparty on the wii version.
