Says one program stands out right to him now. Can anyone shed some light on who that program is?

I think you misread the summary. It says
no one program stands out right now. He is hearing from schools around the country and doesn't have a leader.

Well, I can tell you the Ducks won't get him. With all of the offers he has he will go to UCLA or another better program, Kent might be able to get guys out of Detroit but he can't get the in-state talent.
