The PKs need to move their egos to the side and see that the players on this team are more important than them because if this team has no team left to watch, there's no one who's going to be paying to see them.

Bingo, we have a winner. very well said.

The University doesn't seem to be getting their money's worth of that $75,000 fee they paid to that search firm. What a joke this has become.

Hell, let us all split the 75k and we probably could have collectively come up with a more realistic and viable list than Stewart. Its truely embarrassing to not have a coach at this point.

Marty over on educk posted this: "I know of one candidate who has been interviewed several times and believes he may get the job. He has a name that everyone will recognize."

Just get this over with as soon as possible please!

Maybe that will happen but I'm not going to hold my breath at it. Kilkenny seems to really be taking his time. He seems to fly around a lot but there still seems to be no movement in the search.

Educk's front page story says their source is telling them that Terry Porter is a leading candidate.

Not sure how much of a minority I am, but I would love to have Terry Porter.

I don't get why all of these so called experts are so fascinated with Randy Bennett. He has had several poor years at St. Mary's, never came in first place and has really done nothing outside of the sweet 16 this season. Outside of Gonzaga, the west coast conference is poor. His recruiting hasn't been superb either. Oregon can do better.

I don't think it's a bad pick, but he is sort of an unknown as a college coach. I wonder how well he would adapt to a year round schedule that includes recruiting, booster meetings, and the other details of being a college coach.

As far as Porter goes, I thought they wanted someone with some college coaching experience? I think if we are looking at an NBA coach, Avery Johnson would be better. More experience and he has proved he can win. I guess Adelman isn't happening.
