I counted 24 commits on Scout's page and I think we had at least 1 player grey shirt last year. So is this it then? No shot at Jackson, Gaines, or Brown? or is there something we don't know like Lavasier Tuinei not qualifying or Braxton not showing up?

They always have wiggle room for the extra one or two.

The coaches have come out saying they're overbooking.

I believe Cantu counts towards this year, not sure about others. We would always have room for Brown. At this point, I hope we get at least 1 out of Jackson and Gaines. I agree that we won't find out the true value of this class until a few years from now, but I'm also just about ready to move on from this class and focus on 2010. I trust that it will be better given the stability with the coaches and the result of this past season.

Oregon can sign as many kids as they want tommorrow. Look at Alabama last year who had over 30 kids sign an LOI. Some kids aren't going to qualify, some are probably destined for a greyshirt and so on. But I would think that these late additions speak volumes about what you can expect tommorrow.

We had some JC guys enroll early. I think that gave us some extra room. I'm not positive how that works but I think the early enrollees go on the previous year's class.

I think there are two guys that enrolled early.

Zac Clark & Montgomery have enrolled.

What we don't know is who might transfer this year, every year we have 1-2 guys who will probably not see the field at UO leave and go to a Montana or Idaho St and we don't know who won't make the grades and end up in JC's usally 1-2 of those in a class also. My guess is UO ends up with 27 or so in this class.

from my understanding you can only have 25 in a class. So if we go over 25 we have to find a way for someone to count for last years class or next years class

Excatly, that could happen again like last year.
