New uniforms and possible throwbacks?

I was reading Uni Watch, a blog that discusses new uniforms and the uniform histories, and can came across this little bit of news:

Darryl Pickworth was playing golf yesterday with three guys who work at Nike. “I asked them what they did there and one was on the team that designed college basketball uniforms,” he says. “I eventually couldn’t handle it and had to ask ‘So were you the dude that was in charge of putting camouflage on the [Oregon] unis?!’ They all laughed, and he said that was requested by the old coach (Kent) and three of the players. He also said that the new coach (Altman) is more laid back and it will reflect on the future unis. And this coming season they’re planning on having two throwback unis — one for the Tall Firs.”

Probably like those. As long as they make them a more modern cut, then they'll be fine. I think they should also copy the shooting jackets as well. Those like kind of sweet.

It's incredible how awesome our football jerseys can be, while our basketball jerseys are honestly the worst in the country. Black on black? Lol who came up with that genius idea?

Those were okay but kind of boring. They needed to add some white onto the yellow and green to diversify the color scheme a bit. The home whites were really nice since they incorporated all of the colors.

RoboDuck was like catching a trash fish... Illegal to waste it by just throwing it up to rot on the bank, but putting it back where it can come back to haunt you is even worse!

Awesome! I can't wait to see the new coaches in action in the new arena with new uni's!!! Hopefully the team can perform quicker than anticipated.
