need some info
off the top...anyone know the time period that high school kids can contact college basketball coaches? My buddy's kid is a Junior ...can he call coaches right now?

I'm no expert, but I think players can always initiate contact. Coaches have certain times that they are allowed to initiate contact with a player though.
