Just saw that "Bryce Brown may be leaning toward LSU"

Eh, it's still a month away. Nothing is guaranteed. I don't think he has said anything that puts LSU ahead of Oregon right now. Besides, I don't think he has even visted LSU yet, has he?

LSU has a log jam at RB.

Actually what this article was saying is that LSU is moving up for the visit really, not a commitment or anything. Remember he may not even visit LSU. I'm more concerned with Petey's sweet talk and boosters $$ than LSU.
I think in the end it's us and Tenn. With us actually winning one.

Mops, since you're "in the know", what are your latest thoughts on Brown? I remember a few weeks ago you said that it wasn't looking good. Do you still feel that way?

Good way to twist his words. BB may be leaning toward VISITING LSU.

BB was quoted last week as saying the only thing he knew about LSU was from his brother Arthur's visit, last year... And Arthur listed LSU as his second choice, had he not attended Miami. The 'GameDay Atmosphere' was the thing they talked about.

mops wont know anything more than what has been published. Bottom line until he signs its all speculation.

Well he just misunderstood it a bit, no need to jump on him too much. The thread is labeled fairly accurate, he is interested, which leads to him maybe visiting. However the main part was about the visit.
I still think LSU is a long shot. One worry is the talent walking around on campus down there, my buddy tells me LSU is pretty elite in terms of "talent" (girls/coeds).

If he really is the strong Christian he says he is, he won't checking out the "talent". For a kid like him, that is the last thing he will factor into his decision.

Are you really trying to say that when you were 17-18, you werent walking around wondering which chicks you saw that you may or want to nail? I know for me, if it had boobs, the thought crossed my mind to hit it. Faith does not change that.

Believe me when I say that yes, I was definitely aware of the ettributes of what you choose to refer to as 'chicks' or 'talent'. FWIW, that was not the driving force behind my decision of where to go to school.

Believe it or don't, there are some young men who are able to think with the 'upper' brain.

I don't know Bryce Brown, and neither do most, if not all, the rest of us on this forum. Maybe he does have a 'higher' set of standards than the rest of us.

I sure can't tell you one way or the other.

I can see how people think I "put a twist on things" however its posted all over the web, all you have to do is type Bryce Brown in the search engine and you will get "Bryce Brown Very Interested in LSU" So no, I didnt twist any words...All I can tell you is this, LSU has the #1 rated recruiting class in 2009, they have an Elite QB comming in, Elite Receiver, Elite Safety, and a couple of great OL. If you're an athlete and Les Miles gives you a call at the last minute and wants you to visit, are you going to tell him NO...Come on! So with that being said, yes BROWN is very interested in LSU. I aint putting a twist on nothing (Sh%$ is real)
