And that's why these things are a joke, they don't take into account things like transfers and kids who get booted for stealing or whatever.

And the transfers still count if they graduate elsewhere, so this could end up positive...

I don't believe that that's the case. I'm pretty sure that schools are punished for transfers regardless whether they graduate or not.

The GSR allows for transfers but the Federal standard does not.

The federal standard doesn't have any impact on the program in the manner of the NCAA.

Outside of the 2 elite eights, this was the highlight of the Ernie Kent era. It seemed like there were always a few seniors who were already graduated before the season started.
