He was #86 but isn't on it anymore. Jabari Brown moved up to 18th & added a star. Our class is now ranked 18th.

Barron had some pretty decent offers - DePaul, Cincinnati, Oklahoma St.

Apparently Illinois was going to offer him if their PG commit fell through.

It's too bad he's no longer on the Top 100 but it doesn't mean he sucks all of sudden. He's still a very good player who should really help Oregon.

Barron wasn't four star material though. Rivals had him as a below average 3 star, and scout had him as a 2 star until recently (now a 3). He's not a top 100 player, but he's still a good addition to the team!

I agree that he probably didn't deserved to be ranked as a top 100 player.

Rivals has him as a 3 star recruit btw.

Yeah I think ESPN dropping out of their top 100 pretty much confirms that. It was odd that ESPN had him so high while the other site barely had anything on him, let alone having him rated highly. He's obviously still a really good player just not top 100 material.

I'm just glad we got Jabari. Almost too good to be true still.
