that's the rumor right now. Looks to be picking up steam. He's originally from that area. Could impact 2010 recruits, don't know.

As long as Tedford is at Cal, it really doesn't matter who the OC is. Cignetti is like the third OC in the last couple of years. Really how much power does the OC have at Cal? Probably not much. It wasn't unitl last year that the OC was able to call plays, and Tedford still had the final say. Cignetti is probably looking to get out, similar to Holt under Pete.

Let's see how they do this year without him. I doubt it has much of an effect but it would be nice to see them take a step back.
