Realizing Madoff hasn't been arrested, now looking at this character (especially having soent some time as a deputy sheriff), how does this guy, Stanford, not have any charges filed?

I was thinking with the treatment they have received it may be worth starting my own scheme. Whats the worst that happens. I have to live in my own multimillion dollar pad on house arrest. AWESOME!
