Trash talking Huskies

Even if, for an instance, the Cornhuskers are not taking the underdog Huskies – a team they blasted, 56-21, on Sept. 18 in Seattle – seriously, they figure it will be only a matter of time somewhere on that field at Qualcomm Stadium on Thursday that UW will provide all the necessary motivation.
That’s because the Huskies – in particular, their defensive players – like to yap and grandstand, Paul said.
“This (UW) team likes to talk,” Paul said. “They talked a lot of trash … before the game, during the game and after we led. They were non-stop.”
How much?
“More than any team I’ve ever been around,” Paul said.
