Ryon Healy selected 100th in the MLB Draft thumbnail

Ryon Healy, the 6’5″ first baseman for the Ducks, has found a new home in the MLB. With the 100th pick (27th pick in the 3rd round), the Oakland A’s selected Healy. Healy added some serious power and offensive output for Oregon last year, finishing the season with a .333 BA and 11 Home runs (both team leading). Healy is the first Oregon Duck selected in this year’s draft. He is also expected to forgo his senior season and sign with the A’s.
