Top 5 Small Forwards:

Hedo Turkoglu C B- B C C A

The forward out of Türkiye is a freak of nature. He is tall, he is strong and has quick as forwards come. One of best passers in the frontcourt since Sabonis and his outside stroke is one of the most fundamentally strong that you will see. While he is not an amazing defender, he does almost everything you could want on the offensive side of the ball. He has a ton to prove as he is only the second Turkish player to ever make the move Stateside. Nobody will outdo Heo for desire and work ethic and this lunchpail attitude will serve him extremely well going forward. He is ready to prove Turkey to the world and has the makeup to back it up.

Darius Miles C+ C- D C+ C+ A

Miles has graced the cover of every media magazine in the last few months as "the next one". This high school phenom has incredible length who can play four positions with ease. If he had the skills to play outside the arc he literally do it all. Inside and outside defense. Great first step an crossover and capable on the boards. The biggest issue that miles faces is the poor track record of kids making the jump from High School straight to the pros. He has all the tools but may scouts questions his maturity. If his peak is even a shadow of the hype he should be an everyday player for years to come.

Morris Peterson C+ C+ C C+ C A

Forward out of the sweet-sixteen Michigan Squad. One of the Fab V 2 that never lived up to the lofty expectations that was levied for it when they first signed after the scandal. Good set of post moves and good size for his postion, he biggest weakness is he needs to hit the weights to avoid getting pushed around at the next level. Very good at taking care of teh ball he has excellent lateral and vertical movement. Scouts grade him out as an A potential, but caution that this would be a low A.

Marko Jaric C C+ C C+ C- B

Following the wave that the Bulkans has to offer Jaric is making the jump from the Adriatic Coast to the Association in order to flee thievery charges. Solid at shooting outside and plenty quick. At 24 he is a little older and may be playing closer to his peak than others in this SF crop but when you look how he robbed his FIBA opposition blind he should be fine.

Donnell Harvey C+ C- D- C C+ A

Harvey was the #1 recruit going into college and has been mostly plyaing off the bench so far. He got more looks in the tail end of this last season and did fine in the tourney and surprised everyone when he declared for the draft. He may be loaded with potential, he would have really stood to develop his game more in college. Beyond his natural gifts on the boards, scouts think he should have stayed to work on his offensive and defensive games.
