Almost every scout is making the comparison to him and Chris Boucher since they're both big guys with outside games and shot-blocking abilities. This is exactly how Norris saw himself fitting into Oregon and a big reason he chose them.

I don't know if he has Chris' range but he's a better banger down low, IMO. His very agile for his size, though.

His mother went to oregon also. I tried Google and couldn't find much about her, she played basketball and transferred to Cal, anyone able to find out more about her time at Oregon would be appreciated. I'm sure some of us know her.

Big time! Welcome aboard Miles! I know we are all stoked about the 2017 recruiting class, but the 2018 recruiting class has potential to do special things too.

According to his interview with Nemec, he's good friends with both 5* SF Gerald Liddell and 4* PF Traeshon Cherry so adding them to all the other 2018 guys they're going after, Oregon could possibly come up with another top-10 recruiting class.

Liddell is big time, and Oregon is going to be a final team for him.greenyellow wrote:According to his interview with Nemec, he's good friends with both 5* SF Gerald Liddell and 4* PF Traeshon Cherry so adding them to all the other 2018 guys they're going after, Oregon could possibly come up with another top-10 recruiting class.

Saw someone somewhere say Norris means we won't be going after Hepa anymore

But we're still going after Cherry and the center from Prolific Prep?Ducks10 wrote:Saw someone somewhere say Norris means we won't be going after Hepa anymore

Maybe, this was just about Hepa. Not sure how high the staff is on Hepa. In fact, have we even offered him?

we offered hepa well over a year ago.
i don't see why getting norris effects the hepa recruitment at all. you can't have too many 6'9 kids who can shoot threes.
