UCLA @ Cal (10/13/18, 4 p.m. PDT, P12N)
Cal has to be smarting after two consecutive conference losses right after being ranked, and on the other hand I have to think that the Bruins are feeling better about themselves after their respectable home loss to UW last week. I still go with Cal, but I think this could be an interesting one.

Bruins look like they're making strides. I wouldn't be surprised to see them pull an upset.

Same. If they can relatively contain the dual threat, they have a shot. I got them winning their only game this year.StevensTechU wrote:Bruins look like they're making strides. I wouldn't be surprised to see them pull an upset.

Last year Cal started off hot, faded down the stretch. Could this be de ja vu?

Bruins may actually get a win. They're definitely getting better but still think they're probably another year or two away from being really dangerous. DTR is going to be a really good QB in Chip's system.

UCLA wins 37-7. Not a huge difference between the two teams statistically, except for one glaring one: Cal with 5 turnovers, UCLA with 0.

Cal offensive coordinator and former Eastern Washington HC Beau Baldwin looks a bit shaky without Vernon Adams.

The two QBs they have right now though aren't very good. Their current starter is very error prone.maxduck wrote:Cal offensive coordinator and former Eastern Washington HC Beau Baldwin looks a bit shaky without Vernon Adams.
