I think this will be a close game. Stanford on top though.

With the shape the Huskies' OL is in, I think it will take a pretty inspirational effort from UW to keep it close or win.

Watched the Stanford/USC game on DVR and was surprised/impressed with the Cardinal players' moxy on the field. Tree players were all full of piss and vinegar taking no duff from the Trojans.

Beat them straight up for the fourth time consecutively. Pretty impressive.

Stanford by two scores over the Huskies. If J. Nunes can develop quickly, might be serious contender in the North.

Don't disagree with most of your post, and I like them in this contest.

I just can't shake the image of touted Stanford defenses being torched by offenses that are able to get their defenders out in space. It's a game of matchups, and I don't know that Stanford can match elite spread teams.

Not that Stanford's opponent this week has anything to do with elite.

The huskies never came close to scoring on us after the first field goal after we fumbled on the opening kick. It is hard for me to imagine them staying close with a Stanford team that beat USC…maybe though.

Am I only one surprised that they only sold 50k seats against a top ten team?
