Guys with high Loyalty and a track record of it tend to (generally) stick with the habit (Chris Gatling, Kevin Salvadori, etc.). History says he was more likely than not to offer a below-market extension, but obviously was not 100% guaranteed. Just thought I had it pegged as pretty likely. Oh well
