Come on Stanford! Not looking sharp so far.
Taylor is pretty impressive, especially on the td.

Terrible holding call by the officials against Stanford on an uncatchhable ball

Did Rob Beard transfer to Stanford?
“If everybody in this room just want to be real with themselves, this game could have went either way,” he said. “We turned the ball over a lot. We beat ourself. Just be real with yourself right now. We beat ourself.”

Luck is amazing. I hope Stanford can get a good coach to replace Harbaugh. They are a worthy adversary.

I am beginning to see what I was expecting here, on both sides of the ball.

If that didn't convince everyone how good Stanford is then nothing will. The fact that Oregon ended up beating them fairly convincingly makes this season even more special.

Gruden and company were discussing that at the end of the game... "How good is Oregon, to do what they did to Stanford?"

I've been to their site, they don't give the Pac-10, Stanford or Oregon any respect even after this game. All they can say is VT sucks.cordy02c wrote:well that was a first class beating. Man if we played Stanford again, that would be an insanely tough game. I think Auburn, Alabama, and Stanford are the three times I wouldn't want to play in a championship. I think Oregon would beat any other team. Oklahoma also scares me.
Anyway, no surprise Stanford waxed V-tech, the Cardinal are one of the best teams in the nation.

That makes VT what...1-19 against top 5 opponents? That's rough.
Hearing ESPN ask Harbaugh about the future of his coaching career during the trophy ceremony was low. Then again, I'm not totally surprised by it.
Note: I'm not downplaying Stanford or any of that crap, they looked rough in the beginning then turned it up and opened a good ol' fashioned beating.

Yeah he is so gone from Stanford. As a Denver fan I hope he goes to the Broncos, but I'm pretty sure he is going stay in the NCAA and go to Michigan...Icculus wrote:That makes VT what...1-19 against top 5 opponents? That's rough.
